Taste Test Promo Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply to the FRDM Supply Co. Taste Test Promo (the “Promo”) and participation in the Quarterly FRDM Jerky Supply (the “Subscription”). By completing your order, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Taste Test Promo Offer

The Promo provides one (1) free bag of FRDM Jerky of your choice when you pay a flat $10 shipping and handling fee. Each order also includes a 10% off coupon for future use. Limit one (1) Promo per household. Offer valid while supplies last and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

2. Automatic Subscription Enrollment

By completing checkout, you agree to be automatically enrolled in the Quarterly FRDM Jerky Supply 30 days after your purchase. The Subscription costs $33 per quarter, billed automatically to your payment method. Each shipment includes three (3) bags of FRDM Jerky and exclusive member perks. A reminder email will be sent three (3) days before your first charge. You may cancel anytime before the next billing date (see Section 3).

3. Cancellation & Account Management

You can cancel your Subscription at any time by logging into your FRDM account or emailing contact@frdmsupplyco.com. Cancellations must be made at least 7 business days before your next billing date to avoid being charged. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

4. Billing Authorization

By joining the Subscription, you authorize FRDM Supply Co. to charge your payment method automatically every 90 days until you cancel. If a payment fails, FRDM may retry up to three times within seven (7) days.

5. Returns & Refunds

All Taste Test Promo sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of food products, Subscription items are not returnable once shipped. Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced at FRDM Supply Co.’s discretion; contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped via standard carrier services. Delivery times may vary based on location. FRDM Supply Co. is not responsible for shipping delays beyond its control.

7. Program Changes

FRDM Supply Co. reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Promo or Subscription at any time, change pricing, or adjust product offerings with notice to active subscribers. Orders that appear fraudulent or abusive may be canceled.

8. Limitation of Liability

FRDM Supply Co. shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the Promo or Subscription, including delays or cancellations.
