Thank you for shopping with us! This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from our company (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
 

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, launches, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Destination

  • Selected shipping method

We may also offer:

  • Free shipping promotions

  • Flat-rate shipping

  • Threshold-based free shipping (example: free shipping on orders over $50)

Any current promotions will be shown at checkout.

We ship through major carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

The available carrier options will appear at checkout depending on your location.

Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed, though we do our best to ensure timely delivery.

Delivery Timeframes

Typical U.S. delivery times once shipped:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Remote or rural areas may require additional time.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • U.S. territories (where carrier services are available)

We do not ship internationally at this time unless stated otherwise.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier first, then contact us if the issue remains unresolved.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Each order can only be shipped to one address.
To ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for:

  • Packages shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer

  • Additional shipping charges for reshipping returned packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact the carrier immediately to start a claim.

  2. Contact us at contact@frdmsupplyco.com and provide your order number and photos (if applicable).

We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations.
If you need to change something, contact us as soon as possible at contact@frdmsupplyco.com.

Heat-Sensitive or Perishable Products (If Applicable)

For products like jerky or food items:

  • We may use additional packaging during warm-weather months.

  • We cannot guarantee against heat-related delays caused by carriers.

  • Customers are responsible for retrieving packages promptly once delivered.
