Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when refunds or returns are accepted, what is eligible, and how to submit a request. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Perishable Products (Snacks, Jerky, Food Items)
Because our snack and jerky products are perishable, all refund/return requests must meet the following conditions:

Products must remain sealed, unopened, and in their original packaging.

We cannot accept returns of opened, consumed, or partially consumed products for safety and quality reasons.
Non-Eligible Situations
We do not offer refunds or replacements due to:

Taste preferences

Minor variations in texture, color, or spice

Damage caused by improper storage after delivery

Heat-related issues if the customer was not available to receive the package upon delivery
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of receipt so we can assist you.
2. Apparel Returns (Shirts, Hats, etc.)
We accept returns and exchanges for apparel under the following conditions:
Eligibility Requirements

Requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

Item must be clean, unworn, undamaged, and in original condition.

Tags (if applicable) must still be attached.
Non-Eligible Situations
We cannot accept apparel returns that are:

Worn, washed, stained, or heavily wrinkled

Covered in deodorant marks, pet hair, or odors

Damaged after receipt

Missing tags or packaging
If an apparel item arrives defective or incorrect, please notify us within 30 days and we will replace it at no cost.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, legal, and quality control reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Opened food products

Gift cards or digital products

Clearance items

Promotional, giveaway, or free items
4. How to Request a Return or Refund

Photos of the item (if product is damaged, incorrect, or defective)
Our team will review your request within 1–3 business days and provide next steps.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error (incorrect item, manufacturing defect, etc.):

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable carrier.
6. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing once the return is inspected and approved.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for apparel only, depending on available inventory.
If the item requested is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order shows “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for:

Lost packages

Theft

Weather-related delays

Carrier errors
We will, however, help guide you through a claim with the carrier if necessary.
9. Order Issues
